The architectural and interior design will be led by award-winning practice Manalo & White, recipients of the 2025 RSAW Welsh Architecture Award and the McEwen Award. In collaboration with DisOrdinary Architecture as accessibility consultants, their approach will sensitively modernise the Grade II–listed building while honouring its educational heritage. The design will create spaces that foster sociability, sustainability, and a renewed connection with Colvestone Crescent and Ridley Road Market
