The Ubele Initiative is an African diaspora-led organisation advancing community wealth building and economic justice for Black and minoritised communities across the UK. Through research and initiatives such as Agbero 2100 and The Phoenix Way Fund, Ubele supports community ownership, enterprise, and long-term economic resilience.

At Colvestone Corner, Ubele leads on community wealth building, governance, and equitable economic infrastructure.
