Unit 38 is an architecture and research practice based in Bethnal Green, focused on community-led design and collective ownership. Their work includes supporting traders at Seven Sisters to develop the Wards Corner Community Plan, and delivering Pelican House, a co-operatively run centre for social justice organisations.
